Shipping & Payment Terms:

1) Designs will be emailed within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday 9am-9pm PST- Shipping is FREE.
Payments received after 6pm PST Friday -Sunday will be delivered via email Monday at the latest.

2) Order on CD for $6US $8 Internationally. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple CDS. CDs are mailed via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Please make sure you e-mail us your correct shipping address.

3) If you paid via a personal check, your item will be sent after you check has cleared (10 days from receipt of payment)

4) If you paid via PayPal E-check, item will be sent once E-check has cleared (usually 4 days)

PLEASE PLEASE be sure your correct email address is included with your payment and the format you would like.

Refund Policy

Due to the electronic nature of the product and its ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you receive a damaged CD, I will gladly exchange it for a new one. Thanks for your understanding of and cooperation with this policy.

If you convert, resize, or edit the designs, you do so at your own risk. Designs by The Yummy Factory is not responsible for the quality of a modified design.

You may not reproduce, sell, or share our designs in any way without consent. This applied to our free designs too. If you know someone that is interested, please ask them to visit our website.
